Traceability

Confidence and trust above all else

We have implemented a rigorous system of traceability at all stages of the process, allowing for the control of our products from the orchard to the consumer.

Planting

It is during this phase of the cultivation, each of our fruit has got its information from the source and control of a registered and documented by means of a system.

Vintage

The fruits are hand picked at commercial maturity (in color and in taste, typical of the variety, and the following are packaged in boxes (bin), where they are given the identification number of the batch traceability according to the source of the fruit.

Packing Houses

After harvesting, the fruits are transported to the Packing House, where it is stored in refrigerated containers under a controlled environment is needed to maintain the quality.
